Customizing the Checkout

You can customize your checkout to your brand and to your particular use case.

You can adjust the user experience of your checkout both at account-level and product-level. This means that you could have a particular plan that looks totally different or has different steps.

Some examples:

  • You have an Enterprise plan, which is only sold to companies. You could adjust the checkout of that plan always requires a Company and a valid VAT ID.

  • You want a Free plan, which doesn't ask for payment details. You could adjust that plan to not show that screen at all.

To customize your Checkout experience at an account-level, go to Settings > Checkout.

To customize your Checkout experience at a product-level, edit the Product and go to the Checkout Settings section.
